Can't really fault the goods, delivered with good timescales...sounds pretty good so why the low mark? When it does go wrong and your photo's haven't been cropped as you had selected using their onsite tools, not once but twice, you call their 'customer services team'. The customer ops people are very polite....that is when you finally get through to them....first time i was on hold for 17 minutes, not so bad you think, except the 2nd time it was over 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES!!!!! You might think well just hang up if it you don't get an answer after 20 minutes, i almost did but i just really wanted to know how long it would actually take for someone to pick up the the phone and say, 'Hi Photobox, sorry for the wait'!
