On the ALDI photo service website (MEDION)I selected and added over 200 photos, when I got to the shopping basket page I entered the promotion code and pressed "order" I was then told my shopping basket was empty. The same happened if I didn't use the promotion code. The site refused to accept my password so I twice requested a new password -- the site still would not accept the passwords that they themselves had generated. I gave up and went to SNAPFISH

Prints at least as good I've as I've had from the usual online services, fast turn round, and the 12"x18" was very well packaged (very strong tube and rolled with tissue paper to prevent scratching. The upload is a bit flakey, because IE blocked a popup on the payment page I had to redo my order. But all in all brilliant value for money.

their service is diabolical,I am still waiting for a poster after nearly a month of waiting,promises galore and also assurances that a second poster has been sent.will never use again!!!!!!!!

Software is totally unstable. I took hours perfecting a large order, putting in payment details etc. as soon as you try to send payment it crashes and you lose everything you have done. I tried unloading and reloading and the same thing happens. I asked for help and got an email asking stupid questions as if it was the customers fault. The need to sort out the software before launching it.
