I ordered 4 canvases from this company. 2 of them were excellent, 1 of them was okay, but one of them was a nightmare. The original photo wasn't brilliant so needed cropping, and the colour hue needed altering slightly. I could have easily done this myself but thought I'd leave it to the "experts" seeing as they offer these services for free. I ended up getting basically the original photo, which wasn't what I proofed with them (they do the alterations then show you a proof which you approve before they print it). 3 weeks of e-mails later, asking to return it for a refund (it was a Christmas present so a replacement is no use now), they didn't reply to any of my e-mails and just resent the order. The second one is slightly better but I still don't want it as it was supposed to be a Christmas present. They don't answer the phone or reply to e-mails so I don't know what to do now. I've lost £30 and got two useless canvases. I won't be using them again.
