I ordered prints and smartphone cases on 3/12. Only some of the prints arrived, and the cases not at all. Photobox guessed that it was due to a wrong address. Ridiculous! For five separate deliveries, there was only one shipment number! The missing products were produced again, although one smartphone case was out of stock. The missing prints didn't arrive until 27/12/16! It should have been a christmas present. Today I got another Photobox delivery and found they sent me someone else's calendar! I think it is creepy that the pictures of my children probably ended up at another person. I will not order at Photobox again and cannot recommend!Review from Germany

I ordered at 5/12/16 and was happy that they dispatched two days later. However, 1. they do not use tracking for the delivery (although shipping costs 12.90???) 2. Today, 19/12/16 and I still have not received the shipment. Very disappointing, I ordered early to use it as a christmas present. Two weeks are not enough, although they promise a delivery of 5-8 days. Well... originally I was happy with the service and I really like the choice of products. But that's really it. The customer service is appalling. Chatting with customer service? A catastrophe!Review from Austria

I would give a negative rating if I could. Two orders were delivered about a week after ordering. The photo mug hat several scratches and the quality was poor. Instead of the posters I had ordered I received someone else's photo mug! My posters were probably delivered to the person whose mug I got. I'm still waiting for a reply from customer service. Very disappointing. I urgently needed the posters. But apparently the customer service does not care. They also do not care that personal posters were delivered to another person. Photobox - very bad compared to others! Selecting multiple photos by pressing e.g. Shift or CTRL, doesn't work. When ordering 250 prints, you waste a lot of time which could be spent to design the products. Photobox? No, thanks! They have a lot to learn..Review from Germany

I am appalled! I ordered 9 photo books - the offer was 3 books for the price of one! Price per item 15.45! I have received one book so far, the two other ones are on the way allegedly! For the price of 36,40. The offers at Photobox do not really exist! Very dubious!Review from Germany

Caution! I have bought credit at Photobox when it was on offer, and ordered 4 A3 calendars and a photo book in one order. The shipping cost ware 14.80, despite it being one order. No goodwill from Photobox despite emails and a call. I don't know any company which adds shipping costs for every item, especially when it is the exact same calendar. As I had bought the credit beforehand, I had to order. This company rips off its customers!Review from Germany

Unfortunately I am not happy with the service. We have ordered cards at Photobox, unfortunately the paper was not accurately described and the quality was worse than with any office printer. For this quality, the price is definitely not justified.Review from Germany

I have ordered a photo book for the first time, it worked out fine. The value is good, the photo quality very good, all in all I got a great book. The delivery was fast. I had called the customer service, which was very nice and competent.Review from Germany

We ordered 2 photo books with wedding photos. We were so sad when they finally arrived: the quality was more than disappointing (pixelated, red-tinted, the same clothes hat various colours on the prints etc). It took me 40 hours!!!! to design the books including changes, calls to the customer service, etc. After several complaints and after I gave the customer service a bad rating in their internal rating system, I received a reply from them. The reply was friendly, they apologized for the inconvenience and admitted many mistakes. Our impression was however, that they tried to blame the images for differences in colour. The photos were taken by a professional photographer who had a professional camera. The images look brillant on the computer screen and the photographer's print outs. Three weeks of arguing with customer service, and after 4 more weeks we got our money back. The contact with customer service was usually difficult: long waiting times... They attract with discounts, but shipping costs are very high!Review from Germany

Really bad... Wanted to buy 2 photo mugs, the price was displayed as 5.16 instead of 12.90. So I ordered 2 mugs - in the shopping cart, they showed the original price of 12.90. So back to editing, unselected expensive options, and the price is 5.16 - in the cart 12.90 again - total scam! I gave up after 30 minutes and ordered somewhere else.Review from Germany

I think the main thing that puts Photobox above any other printing website I\'ve used is how easy their website is to navigate and how much control you have over cropping etc. I consistantly use Photobox for printing because of this, even though they are slightly more expensive than some other websites - however, comparing them to Snapfish, if you buy 500 pre-paid regular prints they are the same price (5p each for 6x4\'s on both sites, if you are buying without pre-paid then Photobox is more expensive). Prints are always of high quality, big or small. Delivery is also very speedy.Review from the U.S.

Can't really fault the goods, delivered with good timescales...sounds pretty good so why the low mark? When it does go wrong and your photo's haven't been cropped as you had selected using their onsite tools, not once but twice, you call their 'customer services team'. The customer ops people are very polite....that is when you finally get through to them....first time i was on hold for 17 minutes, not so bad you think, except the 2nd time it was over 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES!!!!! You might think well just hang up if it you don't get an answer after 20 minutes, i almost did but i just really wanted to know how long it would actually take for someone to pick up the the phone and say, 'Hi Photobox, sorry for the wait'!Review from the U.S.
